7 days' notice is required for cancellation of care before the start date of the Curriculum Day Care period. Cancellation will not be accepted with less than 7 days’ notice.
In accordance with CCS guidelines, children starting or ceasing care on an absence will be charged the full fee, no CCS will apply until the first actual attendance date and will not be paid from the last actual attendance date and families will be liable for any outstanding debt.

CHILD CARE SUBSIDY (CCS) is a payment made by the Commonwealth Government to assist families with the cost of quality care. You will need to register for Child Care Subsidy through your MYGOV account. Full fees will apply if your CCS has not been approved.

ABSENCES are charged at the normal rate and CCS is paid for 42 allowable absences, across all services per financial year (which includes public holidays, illness, curriculum days, etc.).

Full payments must be made on a fortnightly basis by either IPAY or Direct Debit.
