OSHC 2026 Expression of Interest Form - New Families

This form is for foundation enrolments and new families who have not accessed the Windermere Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program before. Express your interest to access our OSHC program for next year by completing the fields below.

CHILD CARE SUBSIDY (CCS) is a payment made by the Commonwealth Government to assist families with the cost of quality care. You will need to register for Child Care Subsidy through your MYGOV account. Full fees will apply if your CCS has not been approved.

ABSENCES are charged at the normal rate and CCS is paid for 42 allowable absences, across all services per financial year (which includes public holidays, illness etc.).

Full payments must be made on a fortnightly basis by either IPAY or Direct Debit.

By signing this booking form I have read and acknowledge the below:

7 days’ notice is required of changes to booked days
14 days' notice is required for cancellation of care
Casual Bookings require 24 hours cancellation or booked session will be charged
Public holidays that fall during school term will be charged as an absence.
In accordance with CCS guidelines, children ceasing care on an absence will be charged full fee. No CCS will apply from the last actual attendance date and families will be liable for any outstanding debt.
